Healthway Medical Group to Welcome the Bridgepoint Health Clinic Network, Strengthening Its Integrated Healthcare Ecosystem
Singapore, 3 July 2026 – Healthway Medical Group (the “Group”), a leading healthcare provider in Singapore, today announced the proposed acquisition of Bridgepoint Health to strengthen its primary care network as a key foundation of its integrated healthcare ecosystem.
This strategic expansion will add 16 islandwide clinics to the Group’s primary care footprint, significantly enhancing its ability to deliver accessible, coordinated and patient-centred care. It also brings together a broader team of 75 healthcare professionals, strengthening clinical collaboration, knowledge sharing and operational excellence across the Group’s primary care platform.
Together, the enlarged Group is expected to serve more than 1.3 million patient visits annually across its clinics and medical centres.
