What to Bring Before Your Health Screening During Your Health Screening Post-Health Screening

BRING

  • Singapore NRIC/ Passport/ Employment Pass/ Work Permit
  • Recent medical reports and films (highly encouraged)
  • Letter of Guarantee from your Insurance/ Company/ Agency (if applicable)
  • Authorisation letter, company letter or staff pass (for corporate clients)

FASTING

  • Please fast for 10 hours before your appointment.
  • No food or beverages are allowed during fasting, except for plain water.
  • The average screening duration is about 1 hour or longer depending on your selected package.
     

GENERAL RECOMMENDATION

  • Medications: Avoid consuming your routine medication or supplements until fasting tests are complete. You can resume after the test.
  • For Women: The pap smear, urine, and stool tests should ideally be done 5 days before or after your menstruation cycle.
     

DECLARATION OF ILLNESS

  • If you feel unwell before your screening, please inform our clinic. Depending on your condition, your doctor may suggest special precautions or reschedule your screening.

STOOL COLLECTION

  • If you’re bringing a stool sample from home, collect 1 scoop of stool in a sterile specimen bottle. Seal the bottle tightly and bring it to your screening.
  • Do not keep the sample for more than 12 hours before submission.
  • Note: Women should avoid menstruating at the time of stool or urine collection.
  • Avoid red meat and iron supplements for 3 days before collecting the stool sample.
  • You can collect a stool specimen bottle from one of our GP clinics before your screening.

CONSULTATION

  • Your health screening report will be available within 5 to 7 days.
  • If required, we offer comprehensive services such as women’s health screening, executive health screening, and adult specialists for follow-up treatments.
  • After your health screening, we will schedule a second appointment within 5 to 7 days. During this appointment, your doctor will discuss your test results and provide recommendations for any necessary lifestyle changes or treatments. This is also an ideal time to address any health concerns you may have.
